This adorable kissing cherub statuette is beautifully ethereal and innocent looking. Child- like and chubby she is fashioned from cast iron with a natural rusting finish so there is a simple timeless quality about her.

Notice the detail on the feather textured wings, the hair and the folds on her dress. She could look so sweet amongst the wild flowers or beside some bedding plants.

Maintenance

Our cast iron and aluminium garden statue range needs very little maintenance. Once the verdigris or rust finish have been applied, over time each piece will develop its own unique patina based on the conditions the surface of the metal is exposed to.

If left in a damp wet environment such as a pond, moss will likely grow. In dry weather the surface texture and colour will become more weathered.

Whilst the rusty finish tends to be more desired, you can paint over the rust if you’re looking for a smoother unformed finish. simply apply a primer to the surface before painting.
