Unlike other retailers, we understand how important it is for our customers to receive their orders and delivery information quickly, so we endeavour to send your items as soon as possible. Every order is carefully picked and packed at our Hampshire warehouse, and we aim to despatch each one within 48 hours.
Please note, during busy periods such as Bank Holidays, sales or other events, dispatch could take up to 72 hours.
Please make sure you have entered your full & correct shipping address as we cannot be held responsible if an incorrect or incomplete address is given. We ask for a contact telephone number at the checkout – this is passed to the delivery company in order to contact you in case of any problems with the shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a link, so you can track your parcel easily.
For UK delivery, orders should arrive within 3-6 working days from date of purchase.
We offer FREE DELIVERY on all UK mainland orders over £125.00, irrespective of size and weight. This will automatically be applied at checkout.

If you have ordered an item that either weighs over 30Kg, or measures more than 1.5m, we will contact you with an accurate delivery price.

BULKY AND HEAVY ITEMS
Orders weighing over 30Kg will need to be sent on a pallet. For UK mainland deliveries over £125.00, this will be free. If you are based in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or the Channel Islands we will contact you with an accurate delivery price. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is at the address to sign for the pallet delivery. If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, we cannot be held liable for additional charges incurred for a second delivery attempt.
