Sitting Fairy

This delightful sitting fairy will keep looking dreamy for a long time to come. She is created from durable cast iron and finished pale green verdigris, blends in beautifully with any foliage around her.

Sitting in a relaxed pose she is depicted on a flower decorated ball. There is lovely detail on her hair and wings. As a medium size statue she is designed to bring magic and restfulness to all sorts of leafy garden areas.

Maintenance 

Our cast iron and aluminium garden statue range needs very little maintenance. Once the verdigris or rust finish have been applied, over time each piece will develop its own unique patina based on the conditions the surface of the metal is exposed to.

If left in a damp wet environment such as a pond, moss will likely grow. In dry weather the surface texture and colour will become more weathered.

Whilst the rusty finish tends to be more desired, you can paint over the rust if you’re looking for a smoother unformed finish. simply apply a primer to the surface before painting.
