If you are in the UK mainland, delivery will take between 2-4 working days. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Scottish Highlands, please allow 3-6 working days from date of purchase.
Please note during busy periods the dispatch and delivery times will be extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a link to track.
We offer FREE delivery on all UK mainland orders over £125.00, irrespective of size. Delivery cost for most European destinations will be automatically applied at checkout.

As of January 2021, any orders from Europe over the value of €150.00 will be subject to import duty. All taxes, duties and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer to pay. Forge & Foundry cannot be held responsible for any additional import charges.
Yes. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is at the address to sign for the pallet delivery. If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, we cannot be held liable for extra charges incurred for a second delivery attempt.

We offer a wide range of functional, ornamental and decorative products for the home and garden. Whether it be refurbished original pieces or replicas, we have something to suit everyone.

Yes, if you would like to collect your order from us personally, simply contact us via email help@forge-foundry.com to arrange a visit.
If you have changed your mind about an item and it is no longer required, you must notify us within 14 days from date of delivery. Please follow the unwanted goods procedure set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy here
You must notify us via email (returns@forge-foundry.com) within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please follow the damaged items procedure set out in our Damaged / Faulty Items policy here
