This cheeky and delightful cherub is depicted sitting cross legged on a cast iron ball.  Our lovely winged cherub is entirely forged from quality cast iron and given a garden friendly verdigris finish.

So not only is it beautifully durable it’s also able to blend in with any surrounding foliage and greenery.

Maintenance 

Our cast iron and aluminium garden statue range needs very little maintenance. Once the verdigris or rust finish have been applied, over time each piece will develop its own unique patina based on the conditions the surface of the metal is exposed to.

If left in a damp wet environment such as a pond, moss will likely grow. In dry weather the surface texture and colour will become more weathered.

Whilst the rusty finish tends to be more desired, you can paint over the rust if you’re looking for a smoother unformed finish. simply apply a primer to the surface before painting.
