Originally founded by Max Hill in 2020, Forge & Foundry is a company which specialises in solidly made cast iron and other attractively fashioned metal artefacts.
For us at Forge & Foundry it is the quality and integrity of our goods which is all important. Not surprisingly we have a deep respect for the skills and traditions of our predecessors, both here in the UK and in countries all over the world.
At the same time we are super conscious of the principles of sustainability and the environment. It goes without saying that our goods are anything but throwaway items.
Because of this many of our products are extra heavy duty and extremely long lasting.
So not only are they beautifully authentic to look at but also to hold and touch.
Those items which are genuine originals are carefully restored when needed, even sometimes repainted by hand. Traditionally classic, vintage and retro pieces are also accurately reproduced along with many quirky and innovative new designs.
You’ll find a great many heartwarming pieces to suit areas all round the home and garden. Whilst some are practical and very functional others are eye catching and decorative.
As you will see, everything we have is made with real character and charm.
