There’s no mistaking which way the wind is blowing with our toucan weathervane. It is beautifully hand painted in a dazzling array of colour. The extraordinary curved beak is displayed in red and neon yellow, whilst eye and feet areas are picked out in bright electric blue.

Full of character, with a pint at the ready, this toucan is perfectly practical too. Being made from cast aluminium on a stainless-steel pivot, it is durable and weather-resistant. The lovely black and gold coloured weathervane itself can be attached vertically or horizontally to suit whatever post or roof you have.

Whichever way you have it, a toucan weather vane is a most unusual and illuminating way to see the prevailing wind.

Assembly

Your weathervane will come in two parts.

Simply secure the bracket with the four pre drilled holes on the vertical or horizontal side. Fix the steel pole to the bracket and secure by tightening the wingnut. The four cardinal points slot in at the top of the pole, with E and W first then N and S.

Finally attach the stainless-steel pivot, just below the arrow, ensuring the pointed edge is facing down and its secure. Then align to the top of the steel pole, where it will slide down into position
