Returns & Exchanges

We are 100% committed to ensuring our customers are extremely happy with their purchases and pride ourselves on a high level of service in this regard. In the unlikely instance that you are not satisfied with your order,  please find our returns policy below.

 
RETURNING AN ITEM FROM THE UK:

 

Non-faulty / unwanted goods:

If you have changed your mind about your item(s) and it is no longer required, you need to head over to our returns portal within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will be charged £6.00 for the return  postage costs. Further details can be found within the returns portal.

You can also arrange for your order to be sent back to us independently, please follow the instructions below:

 
  • Specify which item(s) you wish to return either by product title or product code
 
  • Include the tracking number and relevant carrier.

Failure to complete the above steps may result in a re-stocking charge being applied. Please ensure the item(s) is returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All items should be returned in re-sellable condition with original or suitable packaging. Goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are delivered back to Forge & Foundry. We cannot be held liable should return goods be lost or damaged in transit. When returning you parcel, either through the returns portal or independently, we reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred from the refund amount, if the item(s) are received back to us damaged.

In addition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount if
there is evidence that the item has been used. All returns are subject to approval by
Forge & Foundry prior to processing.

Once your return has been approved, please allow up to 6 working days for the
refund to reach your account. Please note, we only refund the cost of the product(s)
if items are returned as unrequired.

RETURNING AN ITEM FROM EUROPE & REST OF WORLD:
 
Non-faulty / unwanted goods:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for items no longer required when
orders are placed from outside of the UK, only damaged / faulty items are eligible for
return. Please see the section on “Damaged / faulty goods” below.

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS:
We take great care in ensuring our products are carefully packaged so that they

arrive with you in pristine condition. We check every item prior to despatch to make
sure it’s perfect and use packaging materials designed to help guard against
shipping damage.

Sadly, damage in transit does occur despite our very best efforts. Please follow the steps below if you believe your item(s) to be faulty or damaged.

Notify us via email (returns@forge-foundry.com) within 48 hours of receiving your
item(s) and include the following:

  • Your name, order number and date of purchase
 
  • Please take photographs of the damaged item(s), including images of the outer
    delivery box
 
  • Include a brief description of the fault / damage
 
Once your email is received, Forge & Foundry will assess the images and information

supplied. If we are in agreement that your order has been received in a faulty or
damaged condition, it will be rectified at our discretion.

If the order needs to be returned for an exchange/refund, please head over to our returns portal, where further details will be given for you to book your parcel with the relevant carrier

Please do not send items back without prior acknowledgement from Forge & Foundry.

Do not attempt to fix / alter the product without consent from Forge & Foundry, this will impact your right to return / exchange. It is possible that we may send you materials to fix the problem in certain circumstances i.e., touch-up paint or spare parts.

Whilst we do everything in our control to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition; we ask that our customers take responsibility for ensuring they are completely happy with the order once it has been delivered. Forge & Foundry will not be held liable if late deliveries, damaged goods or incorrect items received lead to any form of economic loss.
